Approved partners have access to a 90-day low-seller exchange on eligible items — your opening order, plus anything we mark exchange-eligible. If a design hasn't moved within 90 days of delivery, you have up to 120 days from delivery to request an exchange for credit toward stronger restock. That does not mean every item is risk-free forever, but it does mean the first order is not treated like a one-way bet. We can offer this because the opening assortments are based on products that already sell.

Starter sets arrive ready to sell, not as a box of random inventory: real best-sellers allocated to your chosen footprint, with merchandising guidance to set the section up cleanly. Physical display fixtures — the structure, header, and hangers — are still in the works; when those programs launch, they'll come included where applicable.
