The best fit is a business that already serves pet parents and can merchandise products clearly. Every application is reviewed by a real person so we can understand where the products will be sold. Yes. Right now we partner with retailers that have a physical storefront customers can visit (animal rescues and other non-profits don't need one). Selling on your own website is welcome too, alongside your store, not instead of it. Marketplaces, discount resellers, and unclear storefronts are not approved. Think your business is a special case? Most complete applications are reviewed within 2-5 business days. We do this manually because wholesale access includes pricing and partner protections that are meant for real pet businesses and non-profits. If approved, you will receive a secure sign-in link by email. If we need more context, we may ask a quick follow-up before unlocking the portal.

You apply with a few basics, then we review the application before pricing unlocks. Once approved, your secure link takes you into the wholesale portal where you can build an order with the Order Builder, browse products, and see costs, suggested retail, and ordering options. We gate exact pricing because it is intended for approved partners only. Once approved, you can see the cost, suggested retail value, and margin before placing an order.

Opening options are designed to start small and scale up once the products are earning. Orders start at a low $500 minimum, and freight is free over $750 in the US and Canada ($1,000 elsewhere). You can begin with a counter-sized order and grow from there, instead of committing to a large category reset on day one. Exact pricing unlocks after approval, but the portal is built to show cost, retail value, margin, and what is included before checkout. The point is to make the first order feel clear, not mysterious.

Approved partners have access to a 90-day low-seller exchange on eligible items: your opening order, plus anything we mark exchange-eligible. If a design hasn't moved within 90 days of delivery, you have up to 120 days from delivery to request an exchange for credit toward stronger restock. That does not mean every item is risk-free forever, but it does mean the first order is not treated like a one-way bet. We can offer this because the opening assortments are based on products that already sell.

Orders from the Order Builder arrive ready to sell, not as a box of random inventory: real best-sellers, sized to your budget or footprint, with merchandising guidance to set the section up cleanly. Physical display fixtures (the structure, header, and hangers) are still in the works; when those programs launch, they'll come included where applicable.
